Usher e Alicia Keys hanno portano a casa rispettivamente 2 premi ciascuno.

B.oB. con "Nothing of You feat Bruno Mars" ha ricevuto il premio Best  Song of the Year , Eminem con "Love The Way You Lie feat Rihanna" ha ricevuto il premo Best Hip Hop song of the year , Gyptian ha vinto il premio Best Reggae Artist.
